The waterfront Pizza Story


It was 40 years ago that Diann Kuchera began hand tossing dough at Waterfront Pizza and not long after became sole proprietor.


Over the years she has kept alive her love for the art of pizza and passed that passion along to her chefs, resulting in what we believe to be one of the finest pizzas anywhere.


At Waterfront Pizza we always strive to use the best, or at least really good, ingredients. Our homemade sourdough crust begins with 150 year old starter. We chop it, roll it and spin it in the air for just the right amount of entertainment. Our sauce is rich with olive oil, garlic, and Italian herbs. We grate the cheese fresh daily, including the Parmesan, then we add the freshest vegetables with premium, nitrate free sausage – and you get one finely crafted and exceptionally delicious pizza.


Waterfront Pizza always tries to please our customers and have been known on more than one occasion to do unusual requests on pizza orders. We hope you understand that there may be times or circumstances that prevent us from always being able to do a special order. Please accept the discretion of the chef as graciously as we accept your requests.
